To preserve your arrangement:
- Keep in a cool, dry environment at room temperature
- Gently remove dust with a soft duster if needed
- Handle with care when moving or repositioning
Please avoid:
- Water or moisture
- Direct sunlight or heat exposure
- Pressing or placing objects on the roses
- Removing the arrangement from its base

Shipping
- Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on all orders, with delivery within 2–5 business days.
- Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available for a flat rate of $20.
- Same-day delivery is available within Orange County for a flat rate of $75. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to qualify. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the delicate and preserved nature of our arrangements, all sales are final.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
- Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
