To preserve your arrangement:

• Keep the arrangement in a room temperature environment.
• If dust collects after a few months remove it lightly using a duster.
• Keep the lid on the side of the bottom of the box.
• Be mindful when carrying the arrangement; it's a very delicate product.

Please avoid:

• Do not water the florals.
• Do not expose the florals to direct sunlight.
• Do not place anything into the florals as they can crush and damage the florals.
• Do not remove the florals from the box or vase, they are secure and happy there.
• Do not allow florals to have direct contact with light-colored fabric or surfaces, as staining may occur.
• When cared for properly, your luxury eternal arrangement can last up to a year with minimal effort, no watering, and no maintenance.

Shipping:

• Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on all orders, with delivery within 2–5 business days.
• Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available for a flat rate of $20.
• Same-day delivery is available within Orange County for a flat rate of $75. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to qualify. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

Returns and Exchanges:

• Due to the delicate and preserved nature of our arrangements, all sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
• Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each arrangement is presented in our signature Eros & Arpel box and includes a blank card, allowing you to add a personal handwritten message to a gift designed to last.
