COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the United States is complimentary. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.

EXPEDITED & LOCAL DELIVERY

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional $20.

Local delivery is available for $75. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT ship the next business day; orders placed after noon are delivered the following day.

FINAL SALE & DAMAGE REPLACEMENTS

Because every preserved floral arrangement is delicate and prepared especially for each order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an arrangement arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care with your order number, photographs of the arrangement, and photographs of the original packaging.

Verified shipping damage may be eligible for a replacement, subject to review and product availability.
