To preserve your arrangement:
• Keep it indoors at room temperature.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and humidity.
• Do not water or remove the roses.
• Dust lightly with a soft duster when needed.
• Handle the box carefully and keep the lid beside the base.
With proper care, your arrangement can remain beautiful for 2–4 years.
Because the arrangement is delicate, avoid placing objects between the roses or allowing them to touch light-colored fabrics or surfaces.

Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available. Estimated delivery timing and expedited shipping prices are shown at checkout.
Orange County local delivery is available to eligible addresses. Confirm availability, price, and timing at checkout before ordering for a specific date.
Returns and damage replacements:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Customer Care promptly with your order number and photographs of the arrangement and original packaging. Verified shipping damage may be eligible for a replacement, subject to review and availability.
