Each arrangement is finished by hand, so overall height and bloom placement may vary slightly.

Care

No water is needed. Keep your roses cool and dry, away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. Handle the petals as little as possible.

To preserve your arrangement:

• Keep it indoors at room temperature.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and humidity.
• Do not water or remove the roses.
• Dust lightly with a soft duster when needed.
• Handle the box carefully and keep the lid beside the base.

With proper care, your luxury eternal arrangement can remain beautiful for 2–5 years.

Because the arrangement is delicate, avoid placing objects between the roses or allowing them to touch light-colored fabrics or surfaces.

Shipping:

  • Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on all orders, with delivery within 2–5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available for a flat rate of $20.
  • Same-day delivery is available within Orange County for a flat rate of $75. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to qualify. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the delicate and preserved nature of our arrangements, all sales are final.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
  • Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
